We are extremely passionate about every detail of creating beautiful, luxury spaces for you to feel, to enjoy and to appreciate every day. We are highly detail orientated and feel that when you love what you have, you have everything you need! 

Carrissa is a mother of two amazing children, Tommy & Kendall, and a step mom to their older brother, Josh. Family comes first with her and her husband, John and they enjoy doing everything they can together.  

She has a unique blend of experience and extensive knowledge to offer with over 15 years in high-end architecture, luxury custom home building and interior design of residential and commercial spaces. She began her career working full time for local high end architectural firms, Dick Busch Architects and R.L. Just & Associates, while studying architecture. This is where she became highly detail orientated and gained extensive experience in 2D & 3D CAD drafting, design sensibility and construction documentation knowledge. 

After the housing downturn in 2009 and taking some time off to travel and to start her family, Carrissa worked for a local Luxury Custom Home Builder, R.G. Apel Development. This was an influential experience for her as she became very knowledgeable in the building process while managing and coordinating multiple luxury custom homes from inception to completion. She was very present in the process, worked with every client directly, experienced working with several local and out of state designers and built many relationships with the vendors and sub-contractors. During this time, she also realized her passion for interior design and was given several opportunities to design spec homes, give design input on space planning, she regularly helped clients organize and coordinate their selections and keep them on schedule and on track with their budgets. She also worked for a well-known interior designer part time and was given opportunities to design projects ranging from small additions, renovations, furniture updates, mid-range homes to full service luxury homes. 

Carrissa enjoys working closely with her clients as she is very personable, easy to work with and truly thrives on creating all kinds of stylish, functional spaces for people to love and enjoy.
